HiPP Organic growing up milk is not suitable for vegetarians.
• Only use the scoop provided in the pack.
• Do not make feeds weaker or stronger than indicated by adding extra water/scoops, and do not add anything else to milk feeds.
• For hygiene reasons, always freshly prepare feeds and do not prepare in advance. Use made up feeds immediately, and discard anything leftover at the end of the feed, or 2 hours after preparation.
• Do not heat feeds in a microwave, hot spots may occur which could cause scalding.
• Please clean your baby’s teeth regularly when they appear.
6. Cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C) by holding the bottle under cold
running water. Transfer the milk to a beaker if required and feed immediately. ALWAYS test the temperature of the milk before feeding.
Store in a cool dry place – do not refrigerate.

If you are considering changing over from breastfeeding or combining breast and bottle feeding, talk to your midwife or health visitor first. Once the decision to stop breastfeeding has been made, it is difficult to go back. Partial bottle feeding with infant milk, especially in the first few weeks, may reduce the supply of your breastmilk. The cost and social implications of using formula milk should be considered.
If you use formula milk, it is very important that you use infant milk throughout the first year (or follow on milks can be used from 6 months). It is important that you follow all usage instructions very carefully. Failure to choose an appropriate feed or to use it incorrectly can be harmful to your baby’s health.
