Amazing service and quality products! I ordered a Momcozy nursing pillow for my niece, and she absolutely loves it. Honestly, if I say that Fed is Best goes above and beyond, I am probably not giving enough credit! Cassandra and her team were absolutely incredible recently. Desperate to see if replacing my pumping parts would help my in dire straits milk supply (at the time), she even contacted me from her no-signal family breakaway to make sure I get what I need sooner than anticipated. And this is the second time I have been blown away by their service! THANK YOU!!!!

Stellar service, the hand written thank you note 🤏🏾🤏🏾, I love a personal touch. The turnaround time is great my order arrived 2days after my order and I live in small town. Good experience. I really appreciate the ongoing communication from them on courier updates. Some other companies don’t communicate their timeline as openly and it makes logistics difficult on my side but Fed is Best kept the lines of communication open and I received regular updates on when to expect my purchase. The products I received are good quality and I am very happy with my purchases. I will definitely use Fed is Best again.

Absolutely fabulous service !! I placed an online order which was delivered ever so quickly and the team communicate really well. The website is amazing and easy to use and their prices are the best and super competitive. I love the neat packaging, the team really take their time in the presentation of it. I had such a great experience with Fed is Best! I ordered soothers for my twins (who aren’t born yet), and Cassidy was so kind and helpful when I realized one of the items needed a NICU declaration. She immediately offered to swap them out so I’d still have something ready for when the babies arrive, no hassle at all. It’s really rare to come across a company that’s not only efficient but also genuinely thoughtful. I’m so grateful for the care and understanding they showed, especially during such an exciting (and overwhelming!) time.
