Return Policy:
Initiate a ‘Return Request’ by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any items. You have 5 days from the date of the ‘Return Request’ to send the items back for a refund, subject to deduction of postage costs and transaction fees. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Please ensure you do not remove any tags or packaging until you are certain you wish to keep the item.
Handling Returns:
If your order qualified for free delivery, you will be responsible for covering the initial delivery fee and the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Since Fed is Best is not responsible for items lost during return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and providing us with the tracking number. If an item is faulty, the return shipping costs will be refunded after the item is received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Items:
All sales on gift cards and items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return in its original condition—with all tags and packaging intact—we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days. An email confirmation will be sent once your return has been processed. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 10 working days for the transaction to complete, depending on your bank’s processing times.

LEAD TIMES ON ORDERS
All orders are hand-packaged. Please keep this in mind when placing your order with us.
We have a 3-5 working day lead time on all stock on-hand orders from the date that payment is received in our account, excluding separate shipping lead time.
LOCAL SHIPPING PROCEDURE
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and link to where you can track your order. Delivery lead time is one to three working days, with the exception of outlying areas which may go up to five working days. During sale periods, dispatch times may increase and shipping transit may take up to four working days. All packages must be signed for when delivered – please make sure that when making your purchase, you provide either a work address or an address where there will be somebody to sign between working hours. We cannot ship to PO Box numbers or to farms. If you live on a farm, please provide your closest PostNet address to which we can send your package.

Fed Is Best makes every effort to ensure a smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional taxes and duties charges that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import
taxes and duties and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please see below guidance for thresholds where duties and taxes are payable. This information is provided as guidance only and is in no way binding.
At Fed Is Best we make use of The Courier Guy (the majority of the time, not exclusively) to ship all our packages. They are one of the most recognized and well-known courier services in SA and they offer great service. Once your package has been delivered to them it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery to you. Fed Is Best is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds, nor is Fed Is Best responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be held responsible for parcels going missing because we have not received the correct address.
Please note that once the parcel has been handed over to the courier we are not responsible for theft/loss/damage during transit. Please kindly contact us if you wish to insure your package. We, unfortunately, have no control over a parcel that is with a 3rd party (courier). We are also not responsible for duties or taxes.

Please note that these dates are an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur from time to time as this is supplier-dependent. TERMS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Fed Is Best, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and great fit. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to deny a return due to the health and safety of our market. This includes any items considered ‘sanitary items’

Returns:
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase will need to be provided
- To ensure your request is considered as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products
- Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
- clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
- include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product
- Products may not be returned unless the product is defective, damaged or if the product you have received is not the same as the product you have ordered
- ALL returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.
- Products must be in their original condition, unassembled, unused and returned in their ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED AND UNOPENED PACKAGING.
- Fed is Best PTY LTD will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with, and products of a personal nature due to hygiene and sanitary consideration for child feeding products and accessories.
- Please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you.
- Any approved returns will be shipped via our couriers and there will be a 10% handling fee which will be deducted off your full refund amount if approved. We will take responsibility for booking the collection with our couriers. Replacements can only be made once we have determined that there was a manufacturer defect or damage.
- In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a product, please contact us.
- A refund will be made for returns of damaged or defective goods which are determined to be valid returns.
- A product is not considered to be defective, damaged or unsuitable when:
- There is no manufacturing fault or defect on the product
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear occur;
- An unauthorised person has altered the product;
- Misuse or abuse of a product or use in a way in which it was not intended to be used;
- Inability to use the product correctly. Please refer to the packaging or contact Fed is Best PTY (Ltd) for assistance.
No provision stated in these terms regarding cancellation and returns policy will affect or be interpreted to deny the customer of any of his unalterable statutory rights.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
